Using the site
You may browse the archive, register for requested notices and use an account for its intended purpose. You may not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, misuse automated systems, submit unlawful material or use ECHORYN branding or content in a misleading way.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method and for activity performed through your account. Contact ECHORYN promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
An account or release registration does not establish ownership of an ECHORYN physical object. Ownership records arise only from a verified physical-object order.
Product records
OBJECT numbers identify designs in sequence. Edition status, serialization, materials, dimensions, production quantity, pricing and availability become binding only when displayed as verified purchase information at checkout.
Photography, prototypes and development descriptions may differ from final production where the page clearly identifies them as development material.
Future orders
When commerce opens, placing an order will be an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement will not by itself guarantee acceptance or inventory. ECHORYN may cancel and refund an order affected by inventory error, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restriction or an obvious pricing mistake.
Purchasers must have legal capacity to enter the transaction or involve a parent or legal guardian where required.
Intellectual property
ECHORYN’s name, original writing, product designs, images, site design and other original brand materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No purchase transfers rights to reproduce, manufacture or commercially exploit protected ECHORYN material.
Availability and liability
The site may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECHORYN is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
